Flexco Sales Effectiveness eLearning
The Improving Sales Effectiveness curriculum is an interactive eLearning experience designed for the Flexco sales team. Covering the six stages of the company’s sales process, each module integrates key concepts, tactics, CRM use, and scenario-based videos. Built in Articulate Storyline and enhanced with Synthesia avatar voiceovers, the course delivers a cohesive and engaging learning experience.
Identifying Key Pain Points
Flexco’s sales team often struggled to identify their stage in the sales process and when to apply specific concepts, tactics, and tools—especially during the final phases, Closing and Closed Won with Follow Through. Our goal was to create an eLearning experience that clarified each stage, provided real-world context, and offered actionable guidance to help users successfully complete the entire process.
Design Approach
To address these challenges, I focused on creating an interactive, user-centered learning experience that guided sales representatives through each stage of the process with clarity and engagement. I incorporated interactive elements such as click-and-reveals and slideshows to encourage exploration and reinforce retention.
Synthesia avatar voiceovers added a human touch to the digital content, helping to sustain attention and create a more conversational learning environment.
To further orient users, I designed a visual process diagram, allowing learners to clearly identify where they were within the six-stage sales framework and understand the key actions associated with each phase.
Reinforcing Learning
To strengthen retention, each module concluded with a Course Summary page that highlighted key takeaways and core concepts. The program ended with a comprehensive Final Quiz to assess understanding and provide learners and administrators with insights into overall performance.
