The Selling Essentials program delivers a virtual learning experience that helps sales professionals build confidence and refine their approach from first contact to final close. I led the design of a scalable, interactive learning system that prioritizes user engagement, clarity, and real-world application.
Project Overview
Working within a multidisciplinary team, I partnered across design, user research, testing, and content development to create the Selling Essentials program. Our shared goal was to craft a virtual learning experience that strengthens core sales competencies and drives team performance
Program Branding
Multiple design iterations were explored to establish a cohesive and effective brand identity.
Learning Experience Design
With the brand identity established, the team transitioned into designing the individual courses that would comprise the program. Using content provided by the instructional writers, I designed a series of engaging learning experiences that integrated instructional content, interactive elements, and assessment activities to reinforce key concepts.
